Our first trip to Algeria was an eye-opening experience filled with rich culture and breathtaking landscapes. From the bustling streets of Algiers to the majestic Sahara Desert, every moment was a discovery.

The architecture in Algiers, with its blend of French colonial and traditional Moorish styles, captivated us. Exploring the Casbah, a labyrinth of narrow streets and whitewashed buildings, felt like stepping back in time. The sounds of daily life echoed around us, with vendors calling out and locals greeting one another.

Traveling inland, we encountered the stunning landscapes of the Atlas Mountains. The vibrant greens and rugged terrain provided a stark contrast to the arid desert. We trekked through small Berber villages, where the hospitality of the locals made us feel welcomed. Sharing traditional meals and learning about their way of life deepened our appreciation for the culture.

The Sahara was the highlight of our trip. As we ventured into the vastness, the golden dunes stretched endlessly in every direction. The sunrise casts a magical glow, and watching the sun dip below the horizon was surreal. We connected with a Berber guide who shared stories of the desert, enhancing our understanding of this mystical land.
